Suitable for kids through to adults, our style focuses on creating strong, disciplined, and well-rounded martial artists.Our classes include - Kids Classes 7 to 9 years old / Juniors 10 to 15 years old / Adults 16+

Our safe, structured classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced students with high intensity training sessions that combine combat skills with physical fitness. You’ll enjoy pad work sessions, bag work sessions and technical drills to support your learning. Your classes will guide you on a structured journey from beginner to black belt.

Competition Pathway - For those who want to take their training further, we offer, Technical sparring (optional & controlled), Fight preparation for amateur kickboxing events, Conditioning programs for fighters looking to compete at Amateur or professional levels.
