Lil Dragon Martial Arts (Ages 4–7)

As they progress, students develop better technique, coordination, and an understanding of respect, discipline, and self-control.
The programme builds strong foundations in both movement and mindset, preparing children to move into the next level of training.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Kids and Adults)

Our BJJ programme blends traditional techniques with modern sport training. You’ll learn control, escapes, submissions, and strategy - whether you’re a beginner or experienced.
We offer both Gi (traditional uniform) and No-Gi (faster, more dynamic training), helping you become a well-rounded grappler.

For those who want more, there are opportunities to compete at local and international level.
Kickboxing (Kids and Adults)
