Our Boxing Style is A blend of traditional boxing fundamentals and modern training methods. we Focus on footwork, punch technique, timing, movement, defence and conditioning. We use pad work, bag work, drills and controlled partner training to support your learning. Classes tailored to all abilities—from first-timers to seasoned boxers. Emphasis on safe, disciplined, and technical development.

Participation in competition is optional, train at your own pace.
