Our BJJ Style - A modern, dynamic blend of traditional Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and contemporary sport BJJ. Focus on positional control, submissions, escapes, transitions, and strategy. Classes tailored for all levels—from first-time students to experienced competitors. Emphasis on real-world self-defence techniques as well as sport grappling. We offer both Gi (traditional uniform) and No-Gi (Rash guards & shorts).

Gi BJJ - Teaches grips, throws, traditional techniques, Focus on control using collars, sleeves, and lapels, Ideal for long-term technical development with grading systems from white belt (beginner) through to black belt

No-Gi BJJ - Faster, more dynamic movement, Useful for MMA, wrestling transitions, self-defence, Builds agility, balance, and explosive technique.
